Maud Caubet Architectes is part of the prize-winning team behind the biggest site included in the Inventons la Métropole Grand Paris development project: the Franchissement Pleyel in Saint-Denis, adjacent to Paris. The Lumières Pleyel is a project co-designed by a group of seven architects: Snøhetta, Atelier 2/3/4, Chaix & Morel et associés, Baumschlager Eberle, Moreau Kusunoki, Mars Architectes and Maud Caubet Architectes. Three buildings designed by Maud Caubet are located on the north esplanade, renamed “Place des Lumières”: the Jo&Joe Hotel, a student residence, and La Ruche, a well-being centre.
